Shipping Policy


Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • We ship within the contiguous United States

Bikes & Large Item

Due to the size and weight of electric bikes, dirt bikes, and pit bikes, freight or specialized carrier shipping is required. Please note the following:

  • Delivery times may vary — typically 5–14 business days after shipment
  • You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment where applicable
  • Inspect your shipment before signing. If your item arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at shreddie@shredelectric.co
  • Do not refuse the shipment — contact us first so we can file a claim on your behalf

Parts & Accessories

Parts and accessories ship within 1–2 business days and follow standard shipping timelines above.


Out of Stock & Preorder Items

Some bikes and parts may have limited availability. If an item is out of stock or available for preorder, it will be clearly noted on the product page. Out of stock items will ship as soon as they become available. Preorder items will include an estimated ship date on the product listing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
