Returns Policy
Merchandise & Apparel
Return Window: 14 days after receiving your item
Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
How to Start a Return:
- Contact us at shreddie@shredelectric.co
- Wait for return approval
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Ship item to our return address (provided upon approval)
Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us at shreddie@shredelectric.co within 48 hours if your item is defective, or damaged. We will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Electric bikes, dirt bikes, parts, and upgrades
- Sale items and gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee regardless of order status.
Refunds & Processing
Merchandise & Apparel: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after return approval and inspection.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us at shreddie@shredelectric.co.
Bikes, parts, and upgrades are non-returnable as stated above.
Potential Fraud and Risk Policy
In certain cases, orders placed through our website may be flagged as "Potential Fraud" by our system. If an order is flagged, we will request that the customer provide a valid government-issued photo ID to verify the purchase. The ID must meet all of the following criteria:
- Must be valid and not expired
- Name on ID must match the name on the credit card being used
- Address on ID must match the provided billing address
- Must be a form of photo identification recognized by the U.S. government
Any orders confirmed as fraudulent will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the FBI Cyber Crimes Division and local authorities for Wire Fraud.
Disclaimer
Our electric bikes and off-road vehicles are designed and intended for off-road use only. Please refer to your local and state regulations before riding. Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older, or have parent/guardian permission. Always wear approved safety gear and ride responsibly. Shreddie Moto is not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal violations resulting from improper use of our products.
